Not every project fits a standard catalogue. Because AFROFIX manufactures in its own factory in 6th of October City, many of our pipe supports can be made to order for your project.
What can be customised
Offset distance — the offset of the offset pipe clamp can be made to suit the site.
Insulation frames — insulation wood frames in other sizes and custom insulation thickness.
Materials — stainless steel instead of carbon steel for many products, including clevis hangers, U-bolts, beam clamps and strut channel.
Finishes — plain (black steel), zinc plated or hot-dip galvanized, and PVC lining or PVC hose where the pipe surface needs protecting.
Sizes on request — sizes beyond the standard table for several products, such as the larger clevis hanger sizes.
